I'm swimming to....

I am really excited to be participating in the first MS Swimathon to be held in Gladstone, which will raise funds to help Queenslanders with MS.

My vision is that one day, there will be a cure for MS, so that NO ONE will be living with this debilitating disease, (including my children and grandchildren).

I love being in the water, as I find it extremely liberating and I feel a great sense of satisfaction after completing my workout.

Although the number of laps I can swim has decreased, I still enjoy it. It is an important part of my exercise routine. As anyone living with MS knows, it is so important to Keep Moving.

Hope to see you in the pool - you can swim, walk, float, sit in a big pink flamingo if you wish!!! – your support would be so much appreciated.

Thank you
